Pancakes : The Real Recipe
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients :
- 125 g of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 20 cl of milk
- 25 g of butter
Preparation :
- In a bowl, mix the flour, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the baking powder and the salt.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and the milk.
- Pour this mixture into the first bowl gradually to avoid lumps.
- Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
- Incorporate the preparation carefully in order to not break them.
- Cook the preparation over low heat in a small pan, one minute for each side.
