Recipe of apple turnover

Recipe of apple turnover:

For 8 persons - preparation, 40 minutes - rest 2 hours minimum - baking, 20 minutes.

- 500 grams of puff paste
- 6 Golden Delicious apples
- 1 vanilla pod
- 50 grams of caster sugar
- 1 whole egg

1) Spread the puff paste by means of a rolling pin. Cut disks 10 centimeters in diameter and put them in the refrigerator. 

2) Wash and to peel apples. Cut there four and remove the middle. Cut in small cubes and put in one pan and add the vanilla pod split in two lengthwise and the caster sugar. Cook slowly during 20 minutes.

3) Reserve two thirds of this preparation and place the third remainder in the mixer. Add the compote so obtained in the reserved two thirds. Let cool.

4) Stretch out slightly the disks of pastas leafed down and put down in the center, 50 grams of the mixture of apples. Moisten the edges of the dough with some water, bend to train a slipper and press edges to glue them well. Polish her above of every slipper with the beaten egg. Put them in the refrigerator during at least 2 hours.

5)   Cook 20 minutes in the oven in 180 degrees.

You can prepare your slippers the day before(watch) for the next day and to let them rest(base) all night long in the refrigerator before cooking them: they will be there only better.
