Easy Chocolate Cookie


140g of butter
100g of brown sugar
80g of caster sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg
225g of flour
1 packet of yeast
180g of black chocolate


Preheat your oven at 180°c.

Melt butter then mix it in a bowl with brown sugar and caster sugar.

Add vanilla and the egg, then mix with a whisk.

Gradually incorporate flour and yeast. Break the chocolate in chips then add it at the mixture.

Butter a baking.

With a teaspoon, take a small amount of paste and make a little ball with your hand. Deposite the little ball on your baking. They must be enough space because they will spreading during the cooking.

Take in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. The cookies must be gold.

Remove from the oven and wait a few minutes before take off the baking.

Enjoy your meal!

I chose this recipe because I love cookie and this one are really easy and good.
