Little travel to Caribbean !

I will show how make to flat type Caribbean
The cod fritters

For start it we have:
-400gofcod -salt                                                                                                                                                                              -300g of flour                                                                                                                                                           -250ml of water                                                                                                                                                                - teaspoon baking soda (or baking powder)                                                                                                                       - 1/2onion                                                                                                                                                                      -1 Large clove garlic                                                                                                                                                  -parsley
-Onion country
-1 Hot pepper                                                                                                                                                                   -a small glass of water
-1 / 2 lime 

-Pepper                                                                                                                                                                         -Salt
-Oil for frying

Take bowl to crump the cod you desalinated with a fork.                                                                                          Cut finely onion, parsley, onion country and garlicSeason with salt pepper and mix, you can put spices

Then we will prepare the dough fritters. In bowl  put a flour in the center make a well pour the half. Mix delicately and sulfide and measurement pour the residue. You got a dough semi thick. If the dough you seems too liquid .If the dough seems too liquid add a few flour if it is too thick add a few water.  Put in the mixture of cod in bowl and mix delicately .

If you want to spice up your fritters : Crush the hot pepper and place 1-3 spoon coffee according to your taste 

Finally add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and squeeze 1/2 lime above of the mixture . At this moment there will an emulsion mix delicately into the dough to swell there
Now we are going to cook !
 In a saucepan or skillet, heat the oil. Take a small spoon to make small fritters and put inside leave space between them. Once the fritters are fritters are golden , pose them with a slotted spoon and place the fritters on absorbent paper
