The Doors were a famous rock band of the sixties. There were four musicians : the singer Jim Morrison, the keyboardist Ray Manzarek, the drummer John Densmore, and the guitarist Robby Krieger. Many critics have been said against this group because of the lyrics of the singer. But paradoxically they became very popular after Jim Morrison dead and after the group didn’t exist anymore. Moreover the death of Jim Morrison created a legend about him.

I like this group very much because I think their music is a good mix of Rock, Hard Rock and also Blues. The songs sound very good because the voice of Jim is in harmony with the drums and the keyboard. Moreover the music is almost timeless : you can hear it if you are a teenager or if you are in your 60s. I recommend this group to all rock fans and also to people, who hear other music styles, because I think it’s interesting to know better this group, who shows the society of the 60s.
