-Do exercise, at least 10 minute a day. It can be walk,
football or tennis or any sport you appreciate. The most important is to make a
little bit of effort everyday to keep your body in shape.

food, even if fast food taste good try to vary your alimentation, try to eat
more vegetables or fruits but that doesn’t mean you can’t make yourself a
little pleasure and eat a big hamburger with fries from time to time.
