Advice to be healthy and in shape


-Do exercise, at least 10 minute a day. It can be walk, football or tennis or any sport you appreciate. The most important is to make a little bit of effort everyday to keep your body in shape.

-Eat healthy food, even if fast food taste good try to vary your alimentation, try to eat more vegetables or fruits but that doesn’t mean you can’t make yourself a little pleasure and eat a big hamburger with fries from time to time.

-Enjoy life, do what you like for example go out to see a movie with your friends, if you’re crazy about video games go play your favorite one or go to the mall for some shopping. Do whatever keep you out of the stress of school and homework
