Anyone can make macaroons.You just need precision.


-90 grams egg white 
-220 grams icing sugar 
-120 grams ground almonds
-20 grams sugar


  • Gradually beat the egg whites.
  • Only when they begin to foam,incorporate the granulated sugar in three steps.
  • Beat the egg whites until firm.
  • Add the coloring

  • Let the stand mix one and half minutes.
  • Add the ground almonds and icing sugar to egg white.
  • Fill the pastry bag with mixture.

  • Macarons don't like humidity so it's best work in dry place.
  • Bake in a fan oven at 150°for about 14 minutes.

  • Add the marmelade in the shell.
  • Put the macaroons in the fridge for a night.
