Macaroons
Anyone can make macaroons.You just need precision.Ingredients:
-90 grams egg white
-220 grams icing sugar
-120 grams ground almonds
-20 grams sugar
Preparation:
- Gradually beat the egg whites.
- Only when they begin to foam,incorporate the granulated sugar in three steps.
- Beat the egg whites until firm.
- Add the coloring
- Let the stand mix one and half minutes.
- Add the ground almonds and icing sugar to egg white.
- Fill the pastry bag with mixture.
- Macarons don't like humidity so it's best work in dry place.
- Bake in a fan oven at 150°for about 14 minutes.
