 The Synchronized swimming


Synchronized swimming is a water sport that is based swimming, dance and gymnastics. This discipline requires concentration to be in rhythm to the figures and to see underwater . Near the dance , synchronized swimming is a sport that should be with grace , elegance and beauty. Swimmers must be flexible , powerful , have ideas and endurance . Some national federations, online male competitors, in France , the United States and CanadaIn synchronized swimming points reward technical and artistic sense .There are competitions solo , duet or in teams of eight swimmers . Lasts between 2 and 5 minutes show , 2 minutes and 5 minutes for children and adults. 15 seconds are allowed before the duos have a replacement , a team can have two.
  Rules:
- Swimmers have the right to present a dance on the beach, but they must not take more than 10 seconds. 
- Swimmers are not allowed to touch the bottom of the pool during the choreography or the pyramids.- Swimmers can use the legs or arms. It is possible to make " worn ". 
- All swimmers must do the same dance together, at the same time with the music. 
- The wearing of jewelery is prohibited.
 - Tattoos must be covered.


Championship competition takes place in two parts: 

- The compulsory figures : 
For children: There are four compulsory figures , without music in front of the jury.For adults : Swimmers are elements imposed in a mandatory order and with music .
 - A Free program : Swimmers create their own choreography, with a limited time. 
 
The right equipment for his training: 
- Pinch-nose ;
 - Swimming glasses ; 
- A cap (just for practice ) ;
 - A swimsuit.

I think the sport is difficult, but it is good for health.
