Shutter Island

"Shutter Island" is an American thriller directed by Martin Scorsese, it's the adaptation of Dennis Lehane's book.
In 1954, near Boston, there was a very isolated prison which kept dangerous criminals having psychological problems. The spectateurs are told that a female prisonner was missing from the psycological ward so two "Federal Marshalls" (police judicaire) Teddy Daniels and Chuck Aule were called on the crime scene to investigate. But when they arrived the investigation was more difficult than expected. They thought that the staff and the local police were blocking the investigation. They seemed to be hiding something.

What I liked about this movie are the following :
- the suspense dured all through the movie,
- in addition the plot was very well realised,
- you had to be alert to every detail because everything was important,
- the actors played their role well,
- finally the end was unexpected.
